First Step Therapy is seeking an Collection Specialist for our Lake County area. This position is located in our Leesburg clinic. The position is Monday- Friday.
This position requires communication with client families to collect balances owed. This position requires communication with insurances in regards to client deductibles and co-pays.
First Step Therapy provides physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy to children in the clinic setting. We also service children in homes.
This position is a FULL-TIME position.
*Bilingual preferred
Candidate must have Outstanding and Professional customer service and communication skills. Accurately enter patient demographics, medical history, and insurance information into medical records system within a timely manner. Answer continuous phone calls in a high call volume setting. Must be able to verify information and work with other departments. Facilitate phone calls from physician offices and patients.
